Vegetarian Dumplings 美味健康素餃子!
Healthy stuff! Taste good too!
Dumplings A ingredients: Carrot, Water chestnut, Shallot, Fungus, Sweet corn
Dumplings B ingredients: Water chestnut, straw mushroom, coriander, ginger, flax seed powder
Freshly done.
I normally make about 50 each time, cook and eat some after the fun work and store the rest of the dumpling in the freezer to keep them fresh. 
For two persons:
Place 8 pieces (or some more) of dumplings A & B into boiling water that just cover all the dumplings.
Cook them for 4 minutes with some shallot rings and tomato slices.
Garlish the dumpling soup with spring onion and coriander.
Mum... look good! Taste good, slightly seasoned with sesame oil, salt and pepper , no other additives like MSG or chicken stock power. 
There is room for improvement for making the dumplings more appealing!
We will try to eat more vegetable in our diet, don't know if we will become a vegan or not!
